After The Sunrise

Following our sunrise photo shoot we went home for a warming cup of coffee. We were still buzzing with the excitement of what we had seen and what we had captured in our cameras. It was still early and although it was a case of what do we do to follow that, we had a walk planned. We drove to Shepherd's Bridge and walked round to Tom Ghyll and up the Ghyll to Tarn Hows. The Ghyll looks an interesting place to return to for more photographs, but a tripod is definitely needed to capture it at it's best. I took a few images just to remind me to return.

Up to Tarn Hows

Then along The Cumbria Way through High Arnside.

Crossing the Coniston to Ambleside road, we continued through to High Oxen Fell.

 Oxen Fell Farm.
The lane then took us to Hodge Close, Holme Ground and back to the car at Shepherd's Bridge.
